MANFREDI OTTAVI
OVERVIEW:
Manfredi is a CrossFit® Level 3 Coach based in Italy, Roma. He’s a gym owner and has been involved in CrossFit® as a coach and competitive athlete since 2013. He’s a qualified osteopath, and loves to relate sports performance and human movement to his clinical practice experience.
Manfredi joined the CrossFit® Gymnastics team firstly as a translator. Working hard on his development to lead coach not only in Italy but internationally.
On top of CrossFit®, Manfredi really loves music and singing, and last but not least, food! So he’d always love to share a dinner together and also some very good playlists.
